THE TEAM BEHIND THE EDGE.

Dr. Poonam Nathu, OD, FOVDR

Dr. Poonam Nathu is a residency-trained neuro-optometrist and the founder of Elite Vision Performance and the Neuro-Vision & Rehabilitation Center of Northern California. She completed her residency in Neuro-Developmental Optometry and Vision Therapy & Rehabilitation, and is a Fellow of Optometric Vision Development & Rehabilitation (FOVDR). Her practice sits at the intersection of performance and rehabilitation. She works with athletes seeking a competitive edge and individuals recovering from concussion and brain injury, giving her a unique perspective on how vision affects reaction time, decision-making, balance, coordination, and performance.

That expertise is the foundation of Elite Vision Performance: a program built on objective assessment, individualized training, and a deep understanding of the visual skills that drive athletic success.

Jayda Serrano

CERTIFIED SPORTS VISION TRAINER | BAY AREA

Coming from a softball background, Jayda understands that athletic performance goes beyond strength and physical skill. Sports vision introduced her to the powerful connection between the eyes and brain and how much that connection impacts performance.

Tracking a ball, reacting quickly, reading the field, and making split-second decisions under pressure all depend on how efficiently an athlete sees and processes information.

As a Certified Sports Vision Therapist with Elite Vision & Performance, Jayda is passionate about helping athletes strengthen these skills and gain an edge that can elevate their overall game.

Jayda leads our Bay Area territory, serving athletes and teams from San Jose to San Francisco, including the Peninsula and East Bay.
