At what age can my child start sports vision training?

Most athletes can begin around age 8, once they can follow instructions during drills. Training scales all the way up to college and professional levels.

Does my child need to have a vision problem?

No. Sports vision training is for athletes who already see well but want to use their vision faster and more effectively.

How is this different from seeing an eye doctor?

An eye doctor checks how clearly your child sees. Sports vision training works on how quickly and accurately they use their vision during competition.

How long until we see results?

Programs typically run in 8- to 12-week blocks, with retesting so you can see measurable progress.

Which sports does it help?

Nearly all of them. Any sport that rewards tracking a ball, reading an opponent, or reacting quickly benefits.
